I had a great stay at this hotel! It was well maintained and the cleanliness was top-notch. The staff provided excellent customer service, from the front desk to the breakfast area. The location was convenient, within walking distance of restaurants and local businesses in south Dallas. The parking space was ample and well-lit. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, and they even had a unique pancake machine. I was impressed by the hotel facilities and the friendly staff.

The Desk personal were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.

We had to ask for toilet paper. Also, the second morning of our stay the head of the cleaning staff asked if we needed a full cleaning, I told her we didn't need to have our linens changed but, we needed toilet paper, towels and freshen up. The bed wasn't even made or the dirty wash clothes and towels were not picked up and also, again no toilet paper. This was not the cleaning lady but her supervisor.

Staff hospitality, cleanliness , no pets, no smoking, complimentary breakfast and wifi.

close to the people I was visiting, close to venue where I attended their wedding, everyone was very friendly and all smiles...that goes a long way with me...and I would enjoy that same experience again
